It's all very simple, just choose what you need from the thousands of products available on MisterFarma.it. Select your category of interest from the drop-down menu and you're ready to go!
Remember, you can also simply search by Brand. Once you have selected your product or products and added them to the Shopping Cart, "go" to the Checkout and proceed to payment with the payment method you prefer.

What products can I buy?

On MisterFarma.it you can buy non-prescription SOP and OTC drugs, food supplements, cosmetics, health items, hygiene and personal care products, products for early childhood, homeopathic products without prescription, veterinary without prescription and everything related to the health and well-being of the person.

What drugs can I buy?

According to Italian legislation it is a  crime to sell drugs online under medical prescription it is convenient that from our site you can not buy any type of drug that provides for the presentation of the medical prescription. However, you can buy all those drugs not subject to prescription, such as Sop and Otc drugs that you will find browsing our site.

Homeopathic Medicines

You can buy Homeopathic medicines online without a prescription. It is forbidden to sell homeopathic medicines for which the manufacturer has indicated on the label that this medicine can only be sold on presentation of a medical prescription.

Veterinary Drugs

... And for our animal friends ? Also in this case you can buy veterinary drugs without prescription and veterinary parapharmaceuticals, but you will not be able to buy veterinary drugs that require the presentation of a medical prescription.

Can the shipping address and billing address be different?

Yes, absolutely. During the purchase phase, you can specify your addresses by filling in the appropriate field.

Unfortunately, for orders placed through PayPal it is not possible to enter a shipping address other than the one entered during registration.

Which courier do you use?

Our trusted courier is SDA Express Courier.

Can I check the status of my shipment?

Sure! After placing the order you will receive an e-mail confirming the order containing the tracking number  or tracking number of your shipment and instructions to check the status at any time.

What are the shipping times?

The Products ordered will be delivered within a period of 24-72 working hours from receipt of the appropriate order confirmation email, excluding force majeure.

For orders placed from Monday to Friday, one working day is usually used for preparation; The order will therefore be shipped within two working days.

If you order on Saturday and/or Sunday, your order will be prepared the following Monday.

If you order on national holidays the order will be prepared on the first useful day. ▪

What should I do when the Courier arrives?

It's all very simple, you will have to check the state of integrity of the packaging verifying that it is intact and not tampered with. In case of a suspicion of tampering or non-integrity of your shipment, we recommend that you affix, on the delivery document, which the courier will issue you, the words "accepted subject to control goods".

Otherwise you will not be able to claim any damage or tampering subsequently.

If I am not at home when the Courier arrives?

If, upon arrival of the Courier, you are not at the place of destination of the  shipment, do not worry, the courier will leave you a notice of passage.  He will also send you an email that will allow you to organize a new shipment with him.

Is my credit card details safe?

Yes, absolutely. Purchases made on our Portal are safe and guaranteed, payments by credit card and PayPal are completely risk-free. We are never aware of your credit card data because these are transmitted directly to the reference bank. MisterFarma will only receive the communication of the success of your transaction.

Can I return and get a refund for my order?

Sure! You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any kind of penalty by notifying you within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. It is possible to return your order in whole or in part. Remember, however, that if you buy with a VAT number you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal. In addition, it is never possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for over-the-counter/non-prescription drugs and medical devices, food and beverages.

Repayment

The refund will be made with the same payment method you have chosen. If you have paid for your order by credit card or PayPal the refund will be automatic.

What can I do if I have received the wrong product?

Can I cancel my Order?

Of course, as long as the order has not already been processed and / or shipped.

By clicking on your order you can easily cancel it and proceed with a new order.

Remember that cancellation is free as long as it is made before the order is shipped.
