What happens to your order a moment after buying on misterfarma (order receipt)

The back office fulfills orders received by 15.00; those received after this time are processed the following day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be processed on the first working day following that of the order itself. If the goods are available, the order is processed according to the payment method chosen, and in particular:

  • if the payment method chosen is credit card, PayPal, cash on delivery, the order is processed on the same day;

  • if the payment method chosen is bank transfer, the order is processed when displaying the incoming flow of the amount of the order on the accounts of the company Misterfarma S.rl.

Day 1 (entrustment of the goods to the courier forwarder)

The day after the order, the courier courier picks up the goods at our warehouses by 6.00 pm, to which we have sent D.D.T. (transport document) and / or R. A. (purchase receipt) and / or F.A. (purchase invoice) containing the destination location and any notes included in the order (for example: appointment for delivery).

Day 2 (assignment of tracking number and delivery)

The day after collection, the courier forwarder assigns the tracking number and delivers the goods. Our back office inserts the tracking number into the customer's reserved area (if registered), allowing him to follow the delivery status and estimated times in real time on the courier forwarder's website. The courier forwarder can, (in exceptional cases) in its own autonomy, send an email to the Customer with the reference of the tracking number and / or change the delivery date.

Day 2-3 (delivery of goods)

The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order confirmation. The cost of transport is calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and displayed on the summary page that precedes the confirmation of the order. The company reserves the right, for commercial initiatives, to discount or reset the cost of the courier forwarder.

Expedition

The cost of shipping costs is calculated based on the volume and / or weight of the products purchased. In particular, transport costs start from € 7 for items between 0 and 2 kg of volumetric weight. (Conditions apply except for current special offers)

The delivery times of the products vary according to the item ordered by the customer (eg if the goods are available), and to the delivery methods chosen by the same (for example on a fixed date or by appointment) and by the place on the Italian territory (the islands, for example, may have a different timing from the peninsula, as well as some locations defined by the carriers - by way of example Livigno or Campione). The times indicated for delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for Misterfarma. Using transport by express courier, delivery is expected in a variable time from 1 to 5 working days from the time of order.

Orders placed online are delivered throughout Italy, with the exception of Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino.

In some periods of the year (summer / Christmas period) the timing of evasion may undergo changes compared to the standard ones stated above. In this case it is necessary to refer to the timing indicated in the single product sheet.

Misterfarma will retain shipping costs in the event that the goods should return to our offices, after 15 days of storage, as a result of one of the three cases listed below:

1.     Delivery address unknown

2.     Absent recipient who has been notified twice

3.     Non-acceptance of the order, by the customer, for any reason

In these cases, Misterfarma will charge

  • In the case of shipments abroad: the shipping costs paid at the time of order, added to those necessary for the return of the product. For example, if a customer has paid € 15 in shipping costs, we will retain € 30 when returning the goods (€ 15 for delivery of the order and € 15 for return);

  • In the case of shipments on the national territory: the only shipping costs paid at the time of the order, when this is less than € 69.90. Where, on the other hand, the cost of the order is higher than € 69.90, the customer will be entitled to a full refund, having not incurred shipping costs.

Foreign shipments are entrusted to DHL express courier or DPDgroup International services, specifically misterfarma uses the courier DPDgroup limited to Germany. The times indicated for delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for misterfarma. Using transport by express courier, delivery is expected in a variable time from 2 to 7 working days from the time of order. Cost of transport

As described above, the cost of transport is calculated in relation to the volume and / or weight of the items ordered by the customer. There are ancillary services (extra) such as insured shipping and delivery by appointment (our "Shopping Cart" automatically recalculates the total order every time you add or delete an extra option).

Tax documentation

For each order placed as a private customer, company or professional Misterfarma will issue an invoice (for tax reasons) provided that the customer correctly fills in, by entering the tax code and / or VAT number, the fields relating to billing in the cart, before the conclusion of the order.

For the issuance of the tax document, which represents the valid document for the warranty on the product, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order shall prevail.

Note: Art. 21 of Presidential Decree 633/1972, as amended by Decree Law 119/2018 and subsequent amendments, introduced electronic invoicing and provided that the tax document can be issued within 12 days from the conclusion of the operation. The customer can consult and download the original electronic invoice in his reserved area of the Revenue Agency website.

Order fulfillment

Misterfarma, in order to guarantee a correct service to its customers, guarantees the receipt and acceptance of purchase orders until 15.00 from Monday to Friday; Orders received after this time, as well as those received on Saturday, Sunday or other public holiday, will be considered received on the first working day following that of the order itself. Any decrease in working hours and / or interruptions of sales services in particular periods of the year (eg summer months) that could lead to an extension of delivery times will be adequately highlighted at the time of ordering, and it will be discretion of the customer to proceed or not to confirm the same according to the times indicated.

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:

1.     that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document

2.     that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.

In case of tampering and / or breakage, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by adding the words reserve for damaged packaging on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier or other operator who delivered the goods. In any case, without prejudice to the terms for the legal guarantee, the customer must promptly notify any tampering or breakage of the packaging by registered mail in advance by fax or through the appropriate online form, below are the references:

For each delivery order, the customer is required to specify at least one telephone number to allow the express courier to contact him in case of difficulty in delivery; If the delivery is not successful for reasons not attributable to Misterfarma or the Express Courier for more than 5 consecutive days, the order will be considered canceled and the Customer will be charged the costs of custody as quantified by the express courier.
